What AI does
We use machine learning to suggest matches, highlight relevant profiles, detect spam or abuse, and improve discovery. AI insights help personalize what you see without guaranteeing any outcome.
Data used for AI
Profile information, stated preferences, interactions (likes, passes, chats), approximate location (with consent), device signals for fraud prevention, and optional feedback you provide. We do not use microphone or contact data, and we do not sell data.
Your controls
You can update preferences, manage notifications, withdraw certain consents (e.g., location), and request data deletion. Turning off some signals may reduce personalization quality but the core app remains available.
Fairness & bias testing
We review models for disproportionate outcomes and remove signals that could encode protected characteristics where feasible. We combine automated and human review to prevent discriminatory results.
Safety & moderation
Automated systems help flag suspected spam, scams, harassment, or harmful content for review. Appeals and manual review are available for enforcement actions where appropriate.
Transparency
We will communicate material changes to AI-driven features or data use. Significant updates will appear in-app or on this page with a new effective date.
