Scope & Definition
“Consumer health data” includes information related to physical or mental health, wellness, biometric or physiological data, reproductive health, and any data that can reasonably indicate health status when combined with other information.
Collection & Consent
We collect health-related data only with your explicit, informed consent and only when necessary (for example, safety incidents you report or optional profile disclosures). You can withdraw consent at any time in settings or by contacting us.
Use of Health Data
When provided, we use health data to support safety investigations, comply with legal obligations, provide optional wellness or safety features, and improve service integrity. We do not use health data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell health data. Sharing is limited to service providers acting on our instructions (e.g., secure storage, customer support) or where required by law or safety obligations. Providers must protect confidentiality and may not use data for their own purposes.
Security
Health data is access-controlled, logged, and encrypted in transit. Only personnel with a need-to-know role may access it. We review access periodically and train teams on handling sensitive information.
Retention & Deletion
We keep health data only as long as needed for the purpose collected or required by law. Upon account deletion or a verified request, we delete or de-identify health data unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of health data, and withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
Children
Filltr is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect health data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us so we can remove it.
