Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Misrepresentation of age or identity is prohibited.
Safety & Community Expectations
Respectful conduct is required. You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, impersonate others, discriminate, or share non-consensual intimate imagery. Use the block and report tools to address violations. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to protect community safety.
License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and site. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, automate access, interfere with security, or use Filltr for any commercial solicitation, unlawful, or harmful purpose. Content you post must be accurate, lawful, and free of third-party rights violations.
Your Content & Our Rights
You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Filltr a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights to share the content you upload.

Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain what we collect, why we collect it, and how to exercise your rights. By using Filltr you agree to those policies.

Filltr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate matches, or outcomes from using the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filltr and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of €50 or the amount you paid to Filltr in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, harm to other users, or legal/compliance reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain terms (intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute terms) continue after termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
