Data Deletion

How to request deletion

  • Open the app Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the prompts.
  • Confirm the deletion request via the in-app flow. This signs you out and schedules deletion.
  • Or email privacy@filltr.de from your registered email with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

What gets deleted

  • Account profile, photos, prompts, matches, and messages
  • Verification media and safety reports (unless required for ongoing investigations)
  • Device identifiers associated with your account

Most personal data is removed within 30 days of confirmation. Content reported by others may be retained longer for safety investigations.

What may be retained

  • Records needed for security, fraud prevention, and abuse monitoring
  • Data required for legal obligations (e.g., law enforcement requests, financial recordkeeping)
  • De-identified or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you

Need help?

If you cannot access your account or need to verify a deletion, email us with your account email address. We may request verification to protect your account.
